水産動植物の被害防止に係る農薬登録保留基準の改正案に対する意見の募集について
環境省は、今般、６農薬について、水産動植物の被害防止に係る農薬登録保留基準を設定することとし、そのために農薬取締法に基づく告示の改正案を取りまとめました。
本案について、広く国民の皆様の御意見をお聴きするため、平成19年2月9日（金）から3月12日（月）までの間、パブリックコメントを実施いたします。御意見のある方は御意見募集要項に沿って御提出下さい。

１．意見募集の概要
農薬取締法第３条第２項の規定に基づき、環境大臣は、申請された農薬を登録するかどうかを判断する際の基準（登録保留基準）を定めて告示することになっています（参考１参照）。
今回、別紙のとおり、水産動植物の被害防止に係る農薬登録保留基準として、６種類の農薬（アミスルブロム、エスプロカルブ、シメトリン、ピラクロニル、メタフルミゾン、ヨードスルフロンメチルナトリウム塩）に関する基準値を設定する告示の案を取りまとめましたので、本告示案について、広く国民の皆様の御意見をお聴きするため、パブリックコメントを実施いたします。

The Ministry of the Environment (MOE) invites broad public comments regarding the "Draft Notification Partially Amending the Notification Providing for the Registration Withholding Standards of Agricultural Chemicals concerning Prevention of Damage to Aquatic Animals and Plants." Comments will be accepted from February 9, 2007 to March 12, 2007.
The draft notification establishes the registration withholding standards for 6 agricultural chemicals, (amisulbrom, esprocarb, simetryn, pyraclonil, metaflumizone, and Iodosulfuron-methyl-sodium), under Paragraph 2, Article 3 of Agricultural Chemicals Regulation Law.
All procedures related to this invitation will be conducted in Japanese. Comments also need to be submitted in Japanese.
